Exchange and Refund Policy

• Exchange:

• It’s totally fine to exchange items within 14 days, as long as the items have not been worn, have not been washed and if the tags are still intact!

• If you bought items online, you're able to exchange the items at our store(s) as you wish. 

• Refund:

• You may ask for a refund within 5 working days of receiving the item for the following reasons:

• We are out of stock of an Item that was sent defective.

• We are out of stock of an Item that was sent with the wrong size 

• The item received does not match the description of the item online. 

• Only items that have the tags intact, have not been worn and have not been washed can be refunded. 

• You will be refunded only for the cost of the item, not for the delivery.

• You can’t return your whole order that contains multiple items there unless the reasons applied above apply to each and every product.More Details
